DOES IT HURT ?
Yes. No. A little bit. A lot. Not at all... Each individual has their own pain threshold. Some will feel pain, others even say they enjoy it.
Some parts of the body are more sensitive than others. The level of discomfort also depends on the duration of the tattooing process and the technique applied.
HOW MUCH CAN I EXPECT TO PAY ?
The price depends on the size, details, and complexity of the motive and tattoo placement.
The starting price is € 80and includes preparation, material, design, and application of a smaller motive, usually up to 5 cm.
The price oflarger tattoos is fixed in advance and again depends on the size, detail and complexity of the motive and the tattoo placement.
DO YOU DEMAND A PREPAYMENT FOR A BOOKING DATE ?
Prepayment is not necessary for smaller tattoos.
We demand a prepayment of € 20‒50for a booking date when it comes to larger tattoos and preparation of their design.
HOW CAN I PREPARE FOR INKING ?
Come rested, fed, healthy, and relaxed. Wear soft and loose clothing.
CAN I BRING MY OWN DRAWING ?
Of course you can. Each visual representation that helps us understand your wishes and ideas is welcome. Based on suggestions presented and personal consultation at our studio or via email, we can work with you to create a unique motive or elaborate on an existing drawing.
WILL MY TATTOO CHANGE OVER TIME ?
Yes. At the Lady Electric Tattoo Art Studio, we use high-quality inks and follow the development and progress in the field of tattoo technology, which contributes to a prolonged tattoo lifetime.
However, a part of the charm is that, over time, the tattoo becomes a part of the body and together they both change and tell their own stories. The ageing effects can be slowed down the same way all skin ageing effects are slowed down: regular skin care, moisturising, and use of adequate sun protection.
CAN I RENEW MY OLD TATTOO ?
Yes. Professionally done tattoos can usually be renewed.
Send us a photo of the existing tattoo via email or come by our studio, where we will examine the possibilities together.
CAN YOU COVER MY OLD TATTOO WITH A NEW ONE ?
Yes. As it happens, sometimes we have the name of an ex-boyfriend or of our favorite band from the teens inked on our body and we want to cover it up.
Cover-ups are possible by choosing a larger motive and using darker ink tones.
WHEN IS IT NOT SAFE TO GET A TATTOO ?
In case of pregnancy and breastfeeding, if you are using prescribed medicine affecting the blood thinning, if you have diabetes, a skin condition or any kind of transmittable or contagious disease.
I AM NOT OF AGE YET. CAN I GET A TATTOO WITHOUT PARENTS' CONSENT ?
No. You have to get a consent from at least one parent/custodian– they have to come by the shop in person, confirm their identity with a personal document, and sign the consent form.
I’M NOT 15 YET. CAN I GET A TATTOO WITH MY PARENTS' CONSENT ?
No. It is illegal to ink a person younger than 15.
DOES LADY ELECTRIC TATTOO ART ALSO APPLY COSMETIC TATTOOS OR PIERCINGS ?
No.
